Jantex Fixer F Extra is a non-formaldehyde cross-linking agent (also known as a catalyst or air drying catalyst) that improves wash and crock fastness.  In addition to the improved fastness properties, Fixer F Extra also provides post curing for up to 72 hours.  Fixer F Extra is ideal for printers who do not have adequate dryers designed for waterbased printing or who want to try air drying waterbase prints.

Unlike other cross-linkers, Fixer F Extra does not damage the ink or reduce print-ability.  Although Fixer F Extra has a shelf life of about 12 hours, the ink may still be used as normal ink or Fixer F Extra can be added again to the ink.
