Description:

The ZEUS V DTG creates a digital hybrid link between traditional screen printing and state of the art digital garment printing.  Installing the ZEUS V DTG into your traditional automatic press opens you up to a world of possibilities.  With limitless color options, you are no longer hindered by the number of screens your press has and technically difficult prints like simulated process or photo realistic become problems of the past.  The key to the success of the ZEUS V DTG is the CSC REi Technology inside both the underbase ink and the digital CMYK inks.  This new ink technology requires no pre-treatment, no flashing and no top coating.

This new breakthrough in ink technology allows for digital wet-on-wet printing.  A specially formulated underbase printed through a standard screen is all it takes.  Printing wet-on-wet saves time and energy and since the garment isn't pre-treated the final print exhibits a better hand.  The CMYK inks are developed with nano technology to ensure superior fastness, run-ability and performance.
